The Marsh Cabinets product line is a traditional face frame construction. Options are available for both ½" and full overlay application on doors and drawer fronts. All the doors are hinged with concealed hinges attached to the frame. ( Aurora product lines has semi concealed hinges.) This product line is available in the following three options:

1. Standard Framed Cabinet Constructon

Depending on the wood species you select, our hardwood front frame used to make up the cabinet "Box" are ¾" thick kiln dried oak, maple, or cherry (Aurora line uses kiln dried oak and Fairmont uses kiln dried maple).  The top, bottom and end panels use 1/2" thick industrial grade laminated particleboard with PVC edging on 2 sides.

The standard drawer box sides are made of 5/8" natural maple laminated particleboard or white laminated particleboard with PVC edge band.

2. Full Plywood (PC) Framed Cabinet Construction

All of the components within the PC cabinet are plywood. The basic framed construction of the cabinet remains the same and all standard option offerings and modifications will be available.

The standard drawer box for the full plywood cabinet will be a dovetailed drawer with 1/2" birch plywood sides and a 1/4" plywood bottom. The cabinet sides are1/2'' with a natural clear coat sealed birch veneer on the interior and exterior of the cabinet. The wall cabinet shelves are 3/4" plywood with the base cabinet shelfs 5/8" plywood. Finished ends will continue to be handled as we do today in our plywood end (PE) cabinet option.

3. Plywood Ends (PE) Framed Cabinet Construction

All of the components within the PE cabinet are same as our standard cabinet construction except for the ends of cabinets will have ½" Birch Plywood with a Birch veneer on the interior and exterior with a clear top coat finish.
